About The SEN Mum Club - Canvas Painting
Join us for canvas painting, a hot coffee, and uninterrupted conversation. No artistic skill needed - just come for the colour, the chat, and a bit of calm.
Children are welcome if you need to bring them. We’ll have toys and colouring available, and this is a judgement-free space. Noise, wobbles, or early exits are all understood. We’ve all been there.
All canvases and materials are provided, along with a good selection of snacks - think chocolate biscuits rather than rice cakes. Feel free to bring a keep-cup if you have one.
Raising SEN children can feel isolating, so come along and join the village that gets it.
Drop in, paint, and take a breath. Everyone’s welcome.
Event Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket & Entry
Tickets are free of charge and for one adult plus one child only. Booking helps us manage numbers and materials. Please cancel your ticket if you can no longer attend so someone else can come.
2. Children
One child is welcome to attend with you. You remain responsible for your child at all times. This is not a childcare service and children must be supervised by their parent/carer. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
3. Materials & Snacks
All art materials and refreshments are provided free of charge, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee allergen-free snacks. Please let us know about severe allergies when booking so we can advise. Bring your own snacks if needed.
4. Behaviour & Environment
This is a judgement-free, supportive space. We ask all attendees to respect each other. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
5. Photos
We may take photos of artwork or the room to promote future events. We will not photograph faces without verbal consent on the day. Let us know if you prefer not to be in any images.
6. Cancellations/Changes
If we need to cancel or change the date/time, we’ll notify you via the email or number used to book. We are not liable for any travel or other costs incurred.
7. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property. By booking, you agree to use materials safely and follow guidance from volunteers.
8. Data
We’ll only use your contact details to manage this event and tell you about future SEN mums meet-ups. We won’t share your data. You can opt out any time.
