About Healing Vibes Summer Sanctuary Sound Journey
Step out of your busy day and into a dedicated space of calm. Spend two hours slowing down and recalibrating your mind, body, and spirit as we welcome the peak season of abundance, light, and warmth.
This longer event will include guided mindfulness activities focused on finding your inner centre and soothing the nervous system. You will then drift into a deeply immersive sound bath designed to transition the mind and body into a state of fluid healing, stillness, and profound rest. We will end with connection and a gentle reflection to ground your experience.
During the sound bath, a range of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, ocean drums, chimes, and more will be used to create a deeply immersive atmosphere that prompts total physical relaxation. To ensure your ultimate comfort in the space, you can choose to lay on a mat or sit in a chair if you prefer.
This is a small group event for up to 12 people.

Event Terms & Conditions
If this is the first time you are attending a Sound Bath event with Healing Vibes, please complete the Registration and Contraindications Form
- Sound baths are safe and suitable for most people, however if you are in first trimester of pregnancy, have a pace-maker, sound induced epilepsy or serious mental health condition it may not be suitable. Please get in touch with us to discuss further.
- Please arrive a few minutes before the session starts to settle in. Enter the building and go up the stairs to the event space.
- Yoga mats will be provided but please bring cushion/pillow and blankets to make yourself snug. You may also want to bring an eye mask or eye pillow if you like.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations up to 48 hours before an event will be offered a full refund, or the possibility to move the booking to a later date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable.
VENUE: Upstairs at Friends' Meeting House Worthing, Rear of 34 Mill Road, Worthing, BN11 5DR
TRANSPORT: The venue is in easy reach of West Worthing Train Station or 700, 701 & PULSE bus. No parking available at the venue but easy parking on West Avenue, 1 minute away.
