Mae ei waith academaidd a chreadigol wedi'i siapio gan ymrwymiad cryf i addysg, cyfiawnder cymdeithasol, myfyrio moesegol, a rôl crefydd a diwylliant wrth feithrin deialog, heddwch a chyd-ddealltwriaeth o fewn ac ar draws cymunedau. Ochr yn ochr â'i ymchwil, mae Gareth yn awdur toreithiog, ac mae ei waith cyhoeddedig yn cynnwys llenyddiaeth plant, nofelau a drama a'r flodeugerdd LGBTQ+ gyntaf yn Gymraeg.

Dr Gareth Evans Jones is Lecturer in Philosophy and Religion at Bangor University. His academic and creative work is shaped by a strong commitment to education, social justice, ethical reflection, and the role of religion and culture in fostering dialogue, peace, and mutual understanding within and across communities. Alongside his research, Gareth is a prolific author, and his published work includes children’s literature, novels and drama and the first LGBTQ+ anthology in Welsh.
