What no-body tells you about sex after Menopause with Melanie Knight Somatic Sex Educator and Sexlogical body worker
Most of us arrive at menopause being handed a story: that this part of life is winding down. Desire feels further away sex can become uncomfortable and it is rarely something we talk about, even with the people closest.
In this hour with Melanie looks at what actually changes and what does not. Not only does desire stop arriving the way it used to but that what we want changes as well and why the version of sex most of us were taught stops fitting out body that is no longer in any hurry.
Alongside the talk there will be one short practice sitting in your chair fully clothed with nothing to say out loud. No experience need and you are welcome to sit out any part of it.
Melanie is a certified sexological body worker and somatic sex educator based in north london and faculty Sexology school. last year she ran her own study with a group of women exactly this territory and she will share what they found including the parts that suprised her.
