Monday Pointe Class with Sayaka Ichikawa
Join our Monday Pointe Classes with Sayaka Ichikawa at Central School of Ballet.
This General Level class is designed for adult dancers who want to develop their pointe technique, strength, control and confidence in a supportive and focused environment.
Classes will work on fundamental pointe technique, including alignment, placement, foot and ankle strength, balance, coordination and control, progressing from barre exercises to centre work and combinations.
The course consists of 15 classes of 1 hour 15 minutes each, allowing dancers to build consistency and develop their technique progressively throughout the term.
