Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for Sip and Strolls in the Park, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Purchase and Payment

All ticket purchases must be made online through the official ticketing platform.

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Tickets are non-transferable.

Event Eligibility

Sip and Strolls in the park is specifically designed for mums and children under the age of 4.Tickets are for 1 mum and 1 child. If bringing more than 1 child, please specify and it would be an extra £2 per extra child on the day. 

Drink Selection

Each ticket holder will receive 1 complimentary drink (coffee or tea) as part of the event and some biscuits.

Once your ticket is booked, please contact the organiser, Abiha, on her telephone number: 07981340753 to confirm your drink order and any preferences (e.g., hot, cold, milk type, etc.).

Event Participation

By attending the event, you agree to participate in the activities at your own risk. The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

Attendees are expected to follow all safety guidelines and respect other participants and the environment.

Age Restrictions

Sip and Strolls in the Park are open to mums and children under the age of 5. However, if you want to bring older siblings please pay the extra £2 per child when you arrive and specify.

Each child (person under 18) must be accompanied by an adult (or guardian over 18). This event is designed to be intimate, with only 12 spots available per Sip & Stroll. Each ticket is for 1 mum and 1 child under the age of 5 years. If you would like to bring additional children, please be willing to pay an additional £2 per child.

Photography and Video

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes, which may be used on the organiser’s social media or website.

If you wish not to be photographed, please inform the organiser at the event, and we will respect your request.

Health and Safety

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Please follow any health and safety guidelines provided by the event organisers, and if you or your child are feeling unwell, we encourage you to stay home.

Refund Policy

Tickets are refundable up to 3 days before the event date.

If you wish to cancel your ticket, you must request a refund at least 3 days before the scheduled event.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the event.

Event Cancellation by the Organiser

In the event of inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety or enjoyment of the event, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the event.

If the event is canceled due to weather or other external factors, a full refund will be issued to ticket holders.

Event Modifications

The organiser reserves the right to modify the event format, schedule, or location if necessary, but will notify ticket holders of any significant changes.
