About OfS SSC 2026 Winter Party - Early Bird (MEMBERS ONLY)

Early Bird tickets are available to current SSC members only from 30 September 2026 to 7 October 2026 (1700).

'It's tiiiiiime!' The festive period for 2026 is just around the corner, and you're about to secure the hottest ticket in town.

As an SSC member,  we are offering you exclusive access to Winter Party 2026 tickets before they go on general sale. Early bird tickets are available now for £25 until 7 October, giving you a £5 saving on the standard SSC member ticket price. After the early bird sale ends, members tickets will increase to £30 per ticket, with non-members paying £45.

What's included?

Following the excellent feedback we received from attendees last year, we're delighted to be returning to the Harbour View Suite for another Winter Party. Colleagues particularly valued the venue, food and drink, and entertainment, and many told us they'd like to see the event return in a similar format. Your ticket includes: 
- Festive welcome drink 
- One additional drinks token 
- Festive buffet 
- DJ and disco 
- Selfie station 
- Access to the rooftop terrace overlooking Bristol Harbour 

The Winter Party costs around £80 per person to attend, but thanks to SSC funding, supported by membership and company contributions, tickets are heavily subsidised to make the event more accessible for colleagues.

During the early bird period, SSC members can attend for £25, representing a saving of around £55 against the full cost of attendance.
