Beer In The City Presents: US Beer Tasting Extravaganza October 2026

About Beer In The City Presents: US Beer Tasting Extravaganza October 2026

We’ll be hosting our Tenth Tasting Extravaganza: Tiny Breweries Edition on Wednesday 28th October! As usual, it will take place at indiebeer in Islintgon, and even more as usual we will have some of the finest beers around, this time all selected from particularly small breweries (we’re talking garden shed, former village post office, under 10k total on Untappd type stuff) with particularly huge reputations locally. Let’s show the little’uns some love!

**Spaces are extremely limited so that everyone gets a good amount of each beer, so book asap to avoid disappointment – every event has sold out within 48 hours**

A delightful evening awaits filled with merriment, community, and some of the world’s best beer in your glass, direct from the source. These are all extremely popular breweries in their region, but mostly those you may not have heard of or can ever find imported into the UK…

Joey will be leading a guided tasting including notes from the breweries themselves, and some typical Beer In The City fun and games! Expertly curated and lovingly cared for in transit, we’re excited to share these with you at this bespoke, cosy evening taking place at indiebeer in Islington.

The tasting itself – a healthy pour of FIVE incredible beers:

– Diverse range of styles and ABVs
– The beers we select are ultra fresh, canned in the past few weeks
– Breweries that have never made it to the UK
– All from tiny US breweries, many of which only sell beer direct from the site

Date: Wednesday 28th October @ 7.30pm
Location: indiebeer Shop & Bar, a short walk from Holloway Road tube station. They have a tonne of beer in the fridges and a few on tap if you want to arrive early to set your palate, plus you can order in Yard Sale Pizza to line your stomach.

For any questions, please email Joey@beerinthecity.com.

Cheers!
