About Sound Healing Perthshire
Sound Bath with Charlotte (Sound Healing Perthshire)
Sound Baths are a perfect way to relax. You will be 'bathed' in a wash of sounds, frequencies and vibrations, giving your body an opportunity for relaxation, restoration and healing. I use a range of instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, voice, drums, gong, rattles and shakers.
If you are looking to experience sound healing for the first time, this is the perfect place to start.
You'll need a yoga mat, pillow and blankets (or sleeping bag on colder evenings). You will be asked to lie on the floor (or sit if this is more comfortable). Bring water with you as remaining hydrated is essential!
Event Terms & Conditions
Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. Enter the hall and set up your mat or seat quietly and sensitively so that others may remain relaxed around you.
