About Extravaganza of Silent Films About Filmmaking
All proceeds of this Kennington Bioscope Gala go to the Cinema Museum appeal! Featuring Maurice Tourneur's A Girl's Folly (1917), set in a New Jersey film studio, with a full supporting programme of rare shorts, including Chaplin, Feuillade and the world premiere of a new restoration of a rare Snub Pollard film!
Live piano accompaniment.
Hot food will be available as well as other refreshments from our licensed cafe/bar.
Tickets for this event are available at two prices:
- Benefit Tickets - which donate £18 to the Cinema Museum's campaign.
- Standard Tickets - which make a reduced £8 donation - available for those not in a position to make the larger donation.
