About Paint, Play and Connect workshop
The theme for this workshop is where do I belong.
We will start by small exercises including working with images and grounding ourselves.
We will have two opportunities to paint for around 25 minutes each.
Acrylic paints and oil pastels will be offered,
There will then be an opportunity to share your work and reflections for anyone who wishes. This workshop is an opportunity to explore and express your emotions, time for yourself and your creativity in a non judgemental environment and space to connect to your inner world and with others.
